Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does "fintech literacy" mean in your programmes? +
Fintech literacy here means developing a confident reading knowledge of digital money tools — understanding how they are structured, how transactions flow, how to read a digital statement and what to watch for when comparing options. It is educational content, not advice on what to do with your money.
Do I need any prior knowledge to join the Basics Session? +
No prior knowledge is needed. The Digital Payments Basics Session is designed for participants who are new to the topic. It starts from first principles, using plain language and familiar everyday examples from the Malaysian context.
How are the four-week course sessions structured? +
The Fintech Literacy Course runs over four weeks, with one session per week. Each session covers a distinct area — payment flows, digital statements, tool comparisons and sensible habits. Reading notes are provided before each session, and time is set aside for questions.
What is included in the Complete Digital Money Literacy Programme? +
The Complete Programme includes all core sessions, a printed reference guide, digital resource materials and three months of access to a group Q&A channel where you can bring questions as they arise in day-to-day life. It is the most thorough option for participants who want a comprehensive grounding.
Are sessions conducted in-person or online? +
We offer sessions at our Penang office as well as online options for participants outside the Penang area. Please contact us to discuss which format suits your situation.
Will my personal details be kept private? +
Yes. Information you share when enquiring or enrolling is used only to administer your enrolment and keep you informed about programme details. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
What is the pricing, and is payment made upfront? +
The Digital Payments Basics Session is RM 490, the four-week Fintech Literacy Course is RM 1,310, and the Complete Digital Money Literacy Programme is RM 2,870. Payment arrangements — including whether instalment options are available for longer programmes — are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Please contact us for details.
