These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Moniqo website at moniqoq.live and your enrolment in any Moniqo programme. Please read them carefully. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Moniqo, operating from Suite 4-06, Menara Boustead, Penang, Malaysia
• "You", "User" refers to any person who visits our website or enrols in a programme
• "Programme" refers to any educational session or course offered by Moniqo
• "Content" refers to all materials provided as part of a programme, including reading notes, reference guides and digital resources
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy together

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enrolment, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental or guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You have read and understood these Terms

3. Programme Description

Moniqo offers educational programmes on digital payments and fintech concepts in Malaysia. All programmes are structured as general education and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice or any other regulated advisory service. Nothing in our programmes should be interpreted as a recommendation to use any specific financial product or service.

Programmes are available to participants in Malaysia and, where online formats are offered, to participants elsewhere. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless a separate instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Programme fees are as follows:

• Digital Payments Basics Session: RM 490
• Fintech Literacy Course (4 weeks): RM 1,310
• Complete Digital Money Literacy Programme: RM 2,870

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment details are provided at the time of enrolment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your enrolment:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of RM 50
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund
• In the event Moniqo cancels a programme, participants will receive a full refund

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of a Moniqo programme — including reading notes, reference guides, comparison tables and glossaries — is the intellectual property of Moniqo. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own private educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt or create derivative works from programme content without our written permission. This includes sharing materials in group chats, online forums or to third parties who have not enrolled in the programme.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programmes, you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute or resell programme materials
• Misrepresent the content of our programmes to others
• Record sessions without our prior written consent
• Disrupt sessions or behave in a way that interferes with other participants' experience
• Use our website in any unlawful manner

8. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representation that programme content is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made by participants based on information encountered in our programmes.

The website and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Moniqo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage participants to contact us first to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal channels.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a programme after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
